SS Glanystwyth, SS Glanhefren, SS Glaystwyth, SS Glenveck and apparently he took command of H.M.T Etonian in March 1918 and took it to France during WWI. many Thanks. Paul

Hi Alison, Can you check for any William Baker b.1861 USA (British subject). He is missing from 1881 but could have been in the navy at this time. His birth place in 1901 was down as St Pauls Bristol but he was definately born in USA. Sorry to have such a common name there may be hundreds! Marion
