Francis George (or just George) son b1837 Birmingham Thomas b1839 Birmingham. I have found an address on a marriage cert for 1841: Bow Street, Birmingham. The church was St Martin's if that any help? Slynn has sometimes been entered as Slinn, Slim, Slym, Slyme, Shun!! If you find any Slynn families in Birmingham, I would be grateful for the info! Thanks, Gillian

I have found Augustus Slynn on 1861 transcribed as FLYNN!! Could you try FLYNN in the 1851 census? I've just had a thought, is Edgbaston seperate to Birmingham?
