Hi Trixie A big thank you. This gives me something to work on. The birth year is right - on 1871-1881 censuses and death certificates her birth year was consistent and so this could be the one. Thanks again for your hard work. Barbara |

Hello Trixie I'm sorry but I don't have anything else. I can't find a marriage for her but she was with Samuel Evans by 1871. He worked at the copper works in Cwmbria, but none of this will be very useful, I suspect! Barbara |

Hi Trixie, Thanks for your offer. I am looking for a Philip Jones born on 1861 census 1820 Maesmynis, Breconshire. In 1881 census birth year is 1825 and birthplace Builth. Wife is Elizabeth in 1861 census born 1823 Gloster and in 1881 census Perina born 1828 Gloster. Their address in 1861 is Heolwermod, Merthyr, and I think they married in 1849 in Merthyr so this is where they are likely to be. |
