I have contacted them But my tree has disappeared and now only my name in. I have worked on it for nearly a year and over 600 names have gone

Maureen, Do you have 2 logins by any chance? Seen this before when people have registered twice. What's an unusual name in yor tree? Then we can look to see what member id it has next to it. Crista

It may be a long shot - but GR must keep back-ups of everything on here in case their servers fail...perhaps it can be retrieved?? William
