Peter The police orders database doesn't give dates of birth and there are quite a few William Thompsons :-) This one looks the most likely going by dates, but you would need to check at Kew to be sure this is the right one. Only just got around to looking. Thanks for the info. However I tried looking myself, it just asked surname, and putting in Hicks it just said there were 212 of them, no info. :S |

To anyone reading: To get the names etc. you have to click on the search db button in the yellow bar at the top. The like hidden in the text only lets you know whether your surname is listed. |
