If you could, I would like to ask for any Worboys (Warboys) in and around Hertford town, particularly any Thomas and son Alfred (about 3). I have been to the record office and have found Thomas William, but there SHOULD be another. Also know about Thomas Alfred in Watton, but 1841 details would be useful. Many thanks.

Hi Thanks for your offer!! i am lookin for a eliza nash, She was married at the time and she was born about 1812 in hatfield, herts or Little Wymondley, Hertfordshire as that appeared on the 1861 census...........she would have been about 39 at the time. Her husband was John Nash.......im not sure on when he was born but i know he died in 1958. One of their children was called mary ann nash who was born about 1849 in hatfield, and jane nash who was born about 1842 in hatfield and walter nash who was born in 1845 in hatfield........one possible address for them 2 be livin in might be st albans road, new hatfield. Thanks for those names. The Alfred in Fairbrothers yard would be a perfect match if it wasn't for the fact that his dad appears on the 1881 census whereas Alfred's marriage certificate in 1869 says his dad is deceased. Almost beginning to wonder if he lied to the vicar!
