This is the reference they need:- June qtr. 1919, West Bromwich, 6b, 2004. Once you have the certificate you will have both father's names and you will be able to look for them in the 1901 census. The couple themselves may also be old enough to be on the 1901 census, which might give a better idea of where they were born. Kath. x
