Hi laura, Thanks for the kind offer. I am having trouble finding death record for ROBERT BRAND born Scotland c1829. have him alive on 1881 census but wife's a widow by 1891 census. Last census place York also trying to find his marriage to Jane (maiden name unknown) she was born 1831/1841 depends which census you believe!, but if that's an impossible task, please ignor it. thank you Christine

hello and thanks for your kind off !!!! i was woundering if you help me im looking for any info you can give george forman (father of george 14/12/1865) est d. o. b 1809 tailor. widower. married catherine (kate ) barclay on the 8th july 1861 at 41 neilson street edinburh he was 52 yrs old at the time of his marriage catherine (kate ) barclay cathrine or some times know as(kate) married george forman when she was 36yrs old they married in edniburgh altho they were thought to have lived in fife est d.o.b. 1825 gave birth to george at the age of 40yrs william forman (father of george 1809) weaver. no other info ann grieve (mother of george forman) no other info i was woundering if you would be kind enuff to try and see wot you come up with as i cant find any trace of william or ann thanks very much heather

Hi Laura, Yes Jane was in York in 1891 and born in Doncaster Children were born in York although 1 child has birth as kendal on 1871 census, I couldn't find her and on an ealier census it said birthplace York Hope this helps thanks christine

Hi Could you have a look on the 1881 census for Elizabeth Spilsbury born c,1872 Also on the 1891 census for Elizabeth Jones married to Albert H Jones born c.1872 Think they are in Staffordshire but looking at all possibilities!!! Thanks Samantha

Hi, this may be the birth Births Sep 1901 Thomas William George Birmingham 6d 46 If you order the certificate, that will give his parents names. Cant search for him or his family on any census without their names and he wasnt born! Good luck, Laura x
