Ok Jess James Pickett married Ann(e) nee Taylor not sure of date but one of there (known) children born 1864 and they were already married i would of thought they married between 1855 and 1864 . |

Reg That census could fit in with some of the family as not sure really as i have said this is a hard family to trace as i know not much about them really im slowly finding bits out. il save the census info as might fit in somewhere one day |

Hi, James' birth cert. (1864) shows his father as James, occupation: general hawker and his mother as Ann formerly Taylor. 17/10/1864 birth date born St George Southwark I am awaiting copy of cert which will be here monday so dont know the actual address at birth but the above is all correct stated info on there. |

but............... the james Pickett (jnr ) on the 1871 has a father that is a wood chopper and is 5 MONTHS old not 5 years! so either that birth cert is for another family, not this one at all |

then REG didnt look at the actual image - i know she wont mind me saying that . i've just used what Reg posted to look at it if yours was born 1864 then this is not the right lot at all |
