JODIE Only found one Thomas Langham (searched birth years 1828-32) on the 1841: Not a very clear image but: Address looks like Bennet Lane or Bennet St, Cambridge: He is aged 10, born in county and living with a couple named Alton & Maria Watson. There is also a Richard Larter* and Harriet Thennes (both aged 20) also living in the same household. *Although this name is recorded as Larter I think it looks more like Foster. In 1851 there were 3: Thomas Langham abt 1804 Leicestershire, England Head Sarah Langham abt 1805 Leicestershire, England Wife Thomas Langham abt 1832 Leicestershire, England Son Census: Leicester, Leicestershire Thomas Langham abt 1832 Bunny, Nottinghamshire, England Servant Living in Shardlow, Derbyshire with a Moore family. Thos Langham abt 1806 Leicestershire, England Head Frances Langham abt 1806 London, Middlesex, England Wife Thos G Langham abt 1829 London, Middlesex, England Son Fanny Langham abt 1831 London, Middlesex, England Dau Frances Young abt 1786 London, Middlesex, England Mother William Salbaway abt 1829 Oxfordshire, England Servant Ann Steel abt 1826 Oxfordshire, England Servant George Freer abt 1830 Leicestershire, England Servant Henry Joyne abt 1829 Cheltenham Servant Living in Paddington, Middlesex I don't know anything about Aussie records but if you found his marriage record that may give you his father's name?? Good luck! |
