Wow, I am overwhelmed with all this information. It well take me days to figure this all out, thank you so much. But I have been trying to find out if John (Jack) Raymond Baird-Handyside and Ethel Mary Brittan had any children between their marriage in 1913 and when they came out to Australia in 1922 then Ethel went back alone to England in 1927. I haven't found any second marriage for Ethel in England so no children to be found I know that John did marry again in Australia. The line I have been following is Ethel's on the Brittan side as Ethel was the daughter of Ernest Charles Brittan and Adeline Wheeler married 1882. Ernest's brother Herbert married my grandmother's sister Mary Ellis which was her cousin so the Brittan and the Ellis are all connected. |

Not the line you are researching, but related on the male's side. |

Hi again, I had a look at Freebdm's but could not find any children so it looks like they didn't have any. It is so wonderful the internet and the all the records that has been recorded. Hats off to those people who helped. I started back went we had to write letters and snail mail them about twenty five years ago and then had to wait for replies or pay a researcher and now I can recheck all that I have found. I will record all that you have given me. Thanks again and now back to researching the other lines of the Brittan's and Ellis's. |
