I have two marriages for Joseph Embleton (b. 1852 Durham, UK), 1st marriage to Ann Cuthbertson (b. 1840 Newcastle-On-Tyne, UK) and second marriage to Anne Hall (b.22/6/1857 Buningyong, Vic). I have one date, 1/4/1876 Golden Square, Bendigo, Vic which I think is the second marriage. Can you please look up the marriage to confirm I have the right spouse and also if there was another marriage? Also, I have 5 children born to Joseph Embleton & Anne Hall at Sandhurst, Bendigo, Vic, namely, Jane Ann b. 1876, Edith M b. 1878, Beatrice b. 1881, Robert b. 1882 & Gertrude M b. 1884. Hi David Sorry not much luck with your family. Found 2 Moylan families who came from Tipperary,Ireland in 1851. Thomas 38,Mary 36,Pat 17,Michael 15,William 13,Honor 11 arrived on ship Catherine. James 30,Bridget (nee Dwyer) 28,Anne 7,Michael 5,Mary 2 & male infant born at sea on ship Omega. Found a few familes for Hehir but none found with John & Elizabeth & kids. Kerri

Hiya Anything you can provide on this family would be a great help. i.e marriages and deaths etc This is them in the 1871 census in England James D Rutherford HEAD age 41 Bookseller and Stationer born Scotland Susan Rutherford WIFE age 39 born Scotland William Rutherford SON age 11 Scholar born Scotland Francis Rutherford SON age 10 Scholar born Scotland Jessie A Rutherford DAU age 9 Scholar born Darlington, Durham Douglas Rutherford SON age 1 born Darlington, Durham in 1881 James the head of household is missing, I believe he set off to NSW to make a new home for his family. As not long after the 1881 uk census, the rest of the family emigrated there. thank you in advance.

Hi Kerri Thanks for this I've had similar results, but you always have to ask. They could be on one of those missing, or yet to be transcribed Passenger Lists, or they may have moved into South Australia from Queensland, which is a theory that I have some data on, but yet to prove 100%. David

Hi Siobann Have a look on www(.)bdm(.)nsw(.)gov(.)au remove brackets Lots of Rutherford's in NSW. A couple of possible deaths for a James D Rutherford.The information on NSW death certificates have lots of information- if informant had this knowledge. Good luck Kerri

He should be travelling with his wife Elvira. He was born c1898 in Aberdare Wales. As far as I know they had no children at that time. Thanks. Sue

Hi Kerri, hoping you can help me yet again. I'm looking for the arrival of my Fraser family in SA. I have been given a photo by a family member with details of their arrival in 1867 aboard to ship 'Berar' on the reverse. It claims that Alexander Fraser, his wife Ann and their children Donald, Alexander, Charlotte and Mary arrived on this ship. I myself can't find any details of this, I'm hoping that you can and hopefully the ages of the children. Also, if possible, I'm hoping to locate the death of ALexander Fraser (Snr) as mentioned above, his wife was Ann and he was born in Scotland somewhere prior to 1830, long shot I know!!
