Shame the address and occupation don't match with Edith Norvell in 1939 register, though my gut feeling is that she is indeed, the Edith Norvelle on the birth register. Seems too coincidental they were 'both' living in Penge, one year apart...

On the birth certificate the father is blank,maiden surname of mother
