She petitioned for divorce on the grounds that Walter (senior) had been "an habitual drunkard" for over 3 years, and had been guilty of cruelty towards her.
Walter was a dentist. He was born at Abbotsford, Victoria (according to Constance) . Walter and Constance had had 2 children - Eveline Mabel, born at 175 High Street, St Kilda, Victoria, and aged 3 at time of petition, and Walter Samuel, aged 17 months, and also born at 175 High Street.
She had left him a couple of times because of his cruelty, and had finally left on 2 May 1894.. Various instances of his physical violence are described. Full details (image of petition document) on Ancestry.
I assume this is her death, with a different surname - though I don't see another marriage record for her:

Suggest join Ancestry on a trial so you can access all these records in full - just make sure you cancel before they take a year's worth of membership fees !!
The Harber family have a Family tree on Ancestry (not much info on it) - Bruce Malcolm married Joan Veronica Northeast in 1947 so you should now be able to get copies of that certificate. They had a son in 1948 - too early to get certificate.
Joan died 2014, Bruce died 2017, son 2019 (had married and had a child)
Bruce buried Caulfield South, Glen Eira City, Victoria
