Interesting that both Rita and Eileen married in Cheshire (assuming the Kenzie marriage is the correct one.).
Eileen's death again, giving DOB which matches that stated in 1939:
MS Eileen Patricia Josephine Kenzie in the England and Wales, Death Index, 1989-2019 Name: MS Eileen Patricia Josephine Kenzie Gender: Female Age: 87 Birth Date: 18 Mar 1921 Last Residence: Church Stretton, Shropshire, England Postal Code District: Sy6 Death Date: 17 Dec 2008
One daughter was born 1950 in Wirral RD. I don't see any later record of her.

From the image of that 1917 marriage -
Church - image says - St Nicholas Francis St (google says RC Church of St Nicholas of Myra, Francis Street, Dublin) Both of full age, Bachelor and Spinster Edward of 4 Werburgh Street a Soldier in the ?I Guards (so ? Irish Guards). Father Edward Cooke a Labourer Esther - 0f 115 (?E) New Bride Street, d/o Joseph Neary a Plumber
Births on the site only go up to 1920 - not seeing a civil registration with mmn Neary 1917-1920

Re the Esther Cooke on the ER posted above, at 5 Gray's Yard, Marylebone -
She's in Gray's Yard from 1927 to 1937. In 1934 and earlier she's at 3 Grays' Yard, and there's an Edward Cooke with her - presumably her husband.
1935 onwards, she's on her own.

The tree claims that the son Edward died in Ladybank, Fife in 1990 - but there's no such death on ScotlandsPeople.
In fact there's no death of any Edward Cooke, born 1921-27, anywhere in Scotland from 1854 onwards.

"Proof" offered of Esther's death in 1941 - at least on the tree I'm looking at - is apparently this death (in 1940):
Deaths Dec 1940 (>99%) Cooke Esther 46 Pancras 1b 133
Location certainly fits with the 1939 census info.
Another tree says she died in 1940 and also gives that death record as proof.

This fits with the above family:
Esther Cooke in the 1939 England and Wales Register Name: Esther Cooke Gender: Female Marital Status: Widowed Birth Date: 11 Feb 1894 Residence Date: 1939 Address: 38 Somerset Buildings Residence Place: St Pancras, London, England Occupation: Unpaid Domestic Duties Line Number: 43 Schedule Number: 98 Sub Schedule Number: 1 Enumeration District: ASLN Borough: St Pancras Registration district: 9/2 Household Members Age Esther Cooke 45 [Two closed records ] Edward Cooke 15 - 22 Aug 1924
BUT - there are no younger children listed - so possibly the tree owner has just latched on to the two parents' surnames and assumed the Marylebone children were of the same family.
Or else they had been evacuated somewhere and their deaths haven't been picked up to open their 1939 records.
Esther's at that address on the ERs for 1938 and 1939.
Also possible??
Mrs Esther Cooke in the London, England, Electoral Registers, 1832-1965 Name: Mrs Esther Cooke Electoral Date: 1936 Ward or Division/Constituency: St Marylebone <<<<<<<< County or Borough: Westminster, England
Address: 5 Gray's Yard.

Name: Mr Desmond Cooke Gender: Male Age: 83 Birth Date: 1932 Last Residence: Bournemouth, Dorset, England Postal Code District: Bh6 Death Date: 24 Jan 2015
From a tree on Ancestry
Father Edward Joseph Cooke Mother Esther Neary Birth 18 Sep 1931 London, London, England Death 24 Jan 2015 Bournemouth, Hampshire, England
Death of father Edward Joseph Cooke(1893–1932) 1932 • DUBLIN, IRELAND
1941 10 Death of mother Esther Neary(1894–1941)
BUT.......there is NO death registered in London to backup the statement about the mother Nor is there a death for the father in 1932 on Irish BMD
Marriage 29/10/1917 • Dublin, Ireland Church of St. Francis of Myra, Diocese of Dublin Esther Neary (1894–1941)
Apparently, there were three children born in Ireland 1919,1921 and 1924.
The father was allegedly born in Bombay in 1893
You need to look at the Irish genealogy website
https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/
Photo of the father on Ancestry - in Army uniform, which would explain how he came to be in Ireland

You say: "thank you that was the correct birth for her in Marylebone 1929 she had a baby and had her adopted could she be reg on the mothers name neary"
Do you mean that Philomena had a baby? Roughly when? Presumably before her marriage in 1952.
The baby's name would not be Neary, if that's what you mean. That's the baby's grandmother's name.
Unless I've miscounted, there were 8 Cooke/Cooke female births in London between 1944 and the time of Philomena's marriage
