It may be that Reginald was living with James Stubbs in 1939, and not that James was living with Reginald, if you see what I mean.

Reginald is not at that address on the 1939 Electoral Roll, but James is:

As James Stubbs was occupant number one, I would suggest that it indicates that Reginald was living with him rather than vice-versa.

Just realised -
Reginald was only 19 in 1939, so too young to be on the ER in any case.

I assume william died young and did not marry as now trace found but cannoit find his death? as people on this looked as cannot find thanks

seems ashame cannot find descendants of alfred and emily that are alive on ths WILLS FAMILY side of tree
