'Marjason' is extremely unlikely to have any relevance.

There don't appear to have been any offspring for Samuel & Mary

For interest -

Is this the 1851 record you think is the right one?
I had discounted it because both her marriages were in Boston, and Spridlington is over 40 miles away.
But I suppose she may have gone to Boston before 1824 for work - she was already 34 when she married Samuel

Possibly Joseph's death, if his age is actually 69 on the 1851 census. It's hard to decipher the first figure and may have been mistranscribed.

Apologies, didn't spot that it was ErikaH who found the 1841 census.

Having looked at the baptism/birth records for Boston, Marjason does seem to be a surname that appears for more than one couple, so I'm not convinced "my" Samuel and Mary had any children.

Have traced Mary on the 1851 census and her death in 1854, and found her baptisn and parents - which is usually what I like to do for those who "marry in".

Kicking myself that I didn't think about the "H" being dropped.

WHO posted the 1841 census?????????

Have looked at the register scans for the items safc found. They do seem to fit together.
The marriage register transcript is in error, the bride's father is John Crow not Crowson, which fits. As does the fact that the 1841 census is St George's Lane, which is the same address as the marriage register. Death of Samuel late 1847 and Mary's marriage as a widow in Apr 1848 also dovetail.

Have had a brief look for any other baptisms that might fit, but more delving in the baptisms for Boston St Botolphs to do. Will also be following up on Samuel jnr and Mary following her 2nd marriage.

A lot of Lincs families moved into Yorkshire to work in the growing industries there. But somewhere in the back of my mind is the idea that many Lincs families were paid to emigrate. But that one may have been before this time.

Try pronouncing the surname in as many accents as you can and work out how the name could be spelt.

The parish registers for the locations in Lincolnshire associated with the wider family have survived, and many are available as scans as well as transcripts, but of course they could have gone elsewhere.

I've looked at the records for those leaving the UK and can't see anything that fits, but of course not all those records have survived, and again there may be the issue of mis-recording/mistranscription of an uncommon surname.

It may be that they are in records somewhere, but I haven't hit on the spelling/transciption for them. I was hoping some fresh eyes might come up with some spelling/transcript that I hadn't thought of.

Could they have emigrated?

Well as there’s no bmds till 1837 and census before 1841 then it would only be parish records of any births or deaths or remarriage

Not all parish records have survived or been released for transcription

I suspect the issue may be odd spelling/transcription of the surname. I've come across several variations, along transcriptions that I don't feel reflect the actual record, for other family members. It's odd that both Samuel and Mary seem to just disappear after they married.

I saw Susannah and thought she may be a sibling

My only thought was maybe he died before official registration started in 1937
