The Chistmas card says to Grandma so it can't be from Elizabeth's brother Fred.
I have all the information on the rest of the family. This cousin I found has some amazing documents. Original certificates galore.

Elizabeth had two sisters, Alice and Rose,have these been explored.?

It looks like Elizabeth's brother Fred married Ethel Forman in 1911 in Clee and was here with Ethel in 1939, so perhaps the Christmas card Fred was not Elizabeth's brother.

Without a surname for Fred, and an exact address in Atchelitz, not to mention a date, it's hard to look for Fred.

On Ancestry there are lots of records for people named Fred or Frederick in various areas of Chilliwack, but I don't see any specifically in Atchelitz.

Found a christmas card now. Looks like it's from Fred who we think must be the son of Elizabeth Harper. It's to his grandma Mary Jane and was in the Blood family bible.

Just found another piece of a letter in a bible. Same address again.
Bible belonged to Amy Hotson, Cleethorpes.

No, that's a married woman, with her husband William Harpur, at 5 Latham Avenue.
