I've had no response of any kind to the info I posted on here - or on her other thread. Nor has she responded to my PM, which she has now opened

As Susan is a relatively new poster, I suspect she has fallen into the usual trap of thinking that because she sent me a PM (which included thanks), she had to click on "Answered".

She hasn't yet opened the PMs I sent in reply yesterday, telling her how to find out JA's parents' names, and saying that I was posting the 1911 census on here - so she may not have been back to the thread since then.

There's almost certainly the birth of a daughter Marion, with middle name Cranston, in Dunfermline in 1921,
and very possibly two sons in the 1930's in Dunfermline - George and John Alexander.

I'm not posting their births, as they may still be alive.
At least, I don't see their deaths in Scotland.

There are several other O'Brien children born in Dunfermliine around that time, but no helpful middle names as clues, without spending credits to see the certs.

They're actually all in the same house - it's just that two different ref numbers have been allocated on SP's transcription because the names are split between two different pages.

However, John Alexander's birth cert is what you need to confirm the parents' names

This MAY be John Alexander in 1911 (although no middle name given on the census record) , with probable sisters Hannah and Mary - but no parents in the same household - at least not named Watson.

The quickest way to find out who they were living with is to spend 6 credits on Scotlands People, and view the image of the 1911 census, which is only available on SP.

And, as I've said by PM, in reply to your PM, his birth cert will tell you who his parents were, and the date and place of their marriage (if any).

EDIT:
OK, I've looked at the census.
The three children are at the top of a page, and listed as son and daughters - the parents must be on the previous page.
The address is possibly 66 Fernie Street - the next family on that page is at 68 Fernie Street.

However, unhelpfully, the parents must have been allocated a different household ref number .
As you see above, the children are in household 9/20 - but there are no other Watsons with the number 9/20.

Just a possibility - in household 9/19 there are these two people, who may well be the parents:
