It's slightly confusing because Thomas and Sarah's children William and Myra Scott have been listed with mms Trueman, rather than Barker.
Myra's birth posted by GG on 16 July at 16:12.
William's birth:

Harriet's maiden name was Scott.
Her mother was Sarah Barker, who married John Trueman, then was later with Thomas Scott, but apparently not married to him.
Posting Harriet's birth again:

EDIT:
I think the birth above is the right one, but the couple below are NOT her parents, i my opinion - see later posts. Her mother was Sarah Barker, then Trueman, then Scott (unmarried).
Marriages Mar 1856 (>99%) Barken Jane Basford 7b 152 Barker Jane Basford 7b 152 Scott Thomas Basford 7b 152
EDIT:
Hmmm - maybe not, unless Thomas had radically changed his occupation by the time Harriet married. He's a collier in 1856:
Thomas Scott in the Derbyshire, England, Church of England Marriages and Banns, 1754-1932 Name: Thomas Scott (collier) Gender: Male Marriage Age: 26 Birth Date: abt 1830 Marriage Date: 23 Mar 1856 Marriage Place: Heanor, Derbyshire, England View this parish Father: George Scott (collier) Spouse: Jane Barker ( Father: Joseph Barker, collier)
