I have found in Ancestry a hint re
Martha A Bryan (is her maiden name) and spouse Joseph H Hassall possibly with children, under the above heading.
I can't open it as I don't have world wide subscription, and while we are in lock down can't get to my family history club to check.

My goodness ErikaH.
Yes I had seen several of those records but didn’t want to accept them until I was certain.
The hint actually came up on Martha’s feed, with the words about children that made me think the parents had gone to USA.
But it all makes sense now.
Last night I found a Passenger list Germany to USA, I will try to find it again. Florence was travelling with a child.
I think her hubby might have been in the army based in Frankfurt, but I must back up my recollection.
