Hardly likely, as the poster knows when and where she died.

She appears in the 1939 register as Angela Lythgoe/Lithgow or Pelcher.

Think she died as Lithgow.
Alan has these names in his tree on here. Have you tried contacting him? Appears he is related to Angela.

Howard is listed here:
"Travelling Commissioners of the North Bank of the Gambia River 1902 - 1920 Howard Lloyd Pryce (d. 1932)" [ and others ]
https://www.worldstatesmen.org/Gambia.html
Also here:
https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/28505/supplement/4594/data.pdf https://www.thegazette.co.uk/Edinburgh/issue/12365/page/624/data.pdf
And here:
" Howard Lloyd Price, who was appointed a Travelling Commissioner in the Gambia in October 1896, was attached to the Gambia Field Force during the operations of January to March 1901. The expedition was mounted in response to the murder of two of his fellow Travelling Commissioners, Messrs. Sitwell and Silva, with their escort of six Constables, at a village called Sandandi. Pryce’s subsequent appointments in the Gambia included a stint as Acting Chief Magistrate from July to October of 1903, and as a 1st Class Travelling Commissioner in the North Bank Province from January of the following year. Advanced to Senior Commissioner, Gambia in 1912, he finally retired in 1920. Also the recipient of a C.M.G. (gazetted in 1911), he died in February 1932."

Ancestry suggests that this is Joy Vivienne in 1911:
Joy Noyd [ Lloyd ] Pryce in the 1911 England Census Name: Joy Noyd Pryce Age in 1911: 2 Estimated birth year: abt 1909 Gender: Female Birth Place: Clapham Common Civil Parish: Havant County/Island: Hampshire Country: England Street address: Connaught House, 1St Avenue, Denville, Havant, Hants Registration district: Havant Registration District Number: 89 Sub-registration district: Havant ED, institution, or vessel: 10 Piece: 5473 Household Members: Name Age Joy Noyd Pryce 2 Emma Leggatt 20 - servant Marian Ruffle 36 - head, nurse
Ancestry's transcription wrongly includes the names of people in a neighbouring household, so I've omitted them.
Weirdly, the form has been signed in the name of Joy Lloyd Pryce, in spite of the fact that she's two years old, and not the head of the household.
"Head" has been added to Marian Ruffle's name later. I suppose she didn't initially call herself "head" because she was only an employee.
I wonder if maybe the house belonged to Howard, but if Joy was the only family member there, and Marian only an employee, maybe Marian signed Joy's name instead of her own. Perhaps Howard was abroad, Vivienne senior was with her parents as we have already seen, and maybe Joy was left in the care of staff on the night of the census, if not longer.

No sign of her in 1939 Register - though I suppose could be a closed record if died abroad.
But can't see her parents either - presumably Howard was abroad - probably with wife and child.
Nothing else on Vivienne Joy / Joy Vivienne.
