The coroner, G C Mort had praised Leading Fireman William Bertram Hill at an inquest into the death of Frederick Burcher. He had fallen into the dock during a blackout and the fireman had gone in to drag him out. Hill's address was 224 Park Road, Stretford, Manchester.

ER for 2002 shows a Florence E Shepherd living in St Albans, Herts.
Age given as 99-103.
I suppose if your Florence were still alive, she would indeed now be 99-100.

I have found a newspaper clipping on line from the Liverpool Echo left by a relative saying that she passed away in 2014. Any idea how to locate the grave site?

Go to the GRO website and look for her death. When you find it, order a copy of the cert for last address. Then look for cemeteries in the vicinity. But bear in mind that she may have been cremated

Does the newspaper clipping say where she died?

The only 2014 death of a Florence Shepherd that I can see is of a Florence Elizabeth, in Somerset.
