Find Ancestors

I am doing some work on David Burns and |I'm not sure the person I have in the 1901 census is the same David. I also can't find a marriage between him and Maria. I definitely have him in 1861 and 1871. I can't find him in 1881 or 1891. He possibly turns up in 1901 married to Maria but the birthplace is St. George;s in the East instead of Whitechapel. I'm pretty sure he's back in the 1911 census the same as the first two.
