Looking to find more information on my Great Aunt, she seemed to have disappeared as cannot find any marriage or death records for her. I have found census records for her as a child living with her family although one names her as Millie but this is a transcribe mistake, I have found her school records but after that nothing. On the actual census page she is listed Nellie not Millie

Nell or Nellie is often used for Ellen

I have an aunt Ellen born inn1898 who was known as nell and Nellie

So Lillian was actually born Emily Lillian Wood, its not wonder I cant find her?

and Ellen, we need to be looking at her name being Nellie

No Maddie, I have edited - Ellen/Nellie is on the 1901 census at home with family of course. Not the first time that a daughter would be "at home" in maiden name though!
