There does seem to have been only one Harold S Wall born 1916-1983, and only one married a May.

As I said on the other thread, on 192.com there's no date given for Harold.
His address on 192.com is "Based on Companies House".

This would mean he hasn't been at that address for some time, nor has he opted out of the public ER.
Therefore he has died.

May is there per 2002 Electoral Roll.

No age given for Harold on 192.com, at least not without credits.

Well, it can't be correct, as we've already seen the other Companies House record saying that he retired.
Although it gives a year range below his name, it doesn't give a year for his residence at that address..
The GR record is also taken from 192.com's record, so I think that somehow Harold's name has never been removed - maybe because he seems to have died abroad??
If nobody told the ER authorities, maybe they assume he's still there?

As has already been pointed out, his supposed address on the ER is the same as the address on the Companies House record.
Many of the other people listed on the Companies House record are also at xxxxxxx House, but with different numbers.

I wonder if they've all been residents, and therefore nominal directors.

Mrs M Wall was still listed as a "member" (and therefore a resident) on 7 May 2004, but she's not listed on 7 May 2007.

Flat 17 Stokes House, Sutherland Avenue, Bexhill on Sea was sold on the 9th December 2011.

I don't know why she wasn't listed in 2007.
