Ancestry suggests this is Sarah & John's marriage - but that's not correct, unless her mother Sarah Hemming was also known as Hannah - and where does the name Blake come into it?:

Yes, this will be correct.
I was going by the 1891 census which says John Ryan is Hannah Blake's son-in-law, but in 1901 he's her son, which is correct.

So Sarah's maiden name isn't Blake after all - it's Bird

And anyway, Edith's mms is Bird:
