1861 saying Isaac as father to Dinah but then on her marriage it says James bit confused ?

Dinah's father's name is mis-transcribed. It reads Isaac on the original marriage certificate.

Safc just a bit confused as to Dinah’s father 1861 it says Isaac on the marriage it states James? Grooms fathers name is John on both of them? Is it a typing error should it be Isaac?
