In that 1844 marriage, Jarrett is a widowed tailor, and his father is also named as Jarrett Holtham, a deceased tailor.

Not sure how near Feckenham is to Alcester, just wondering if this is a possibility.
EDIT: It's about 8 miles between them.
I notice when Jarrett marries Elizabeth, his father has the same name and occupation as Jarrett himself. Could he actually be an invented face saver, if Jarrett was in fact illegitimate?
If so, is this a possiblility for Jarrett's baptism?
England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975
Name: Gerrard Holtam<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Gender: Male Baptism Date: 17 Jul 1803 Baptism Place: Feckenham,Worcester,England Mother: Mercy Holtam <<<<<<<<<<<<<<
EDIT: In a transcript of Feckenham baptisms:
http://feckenhamchurch.com/sites/default/files/Baptisms_1538_to_1899.pdf
Gerrard is described as 'base' ie base born or illegitimate. I suspect that father, with same name and occupation as Gerrard/Jarrett himself, on the marriage to Elizabeth Beazley, was made up just to save face.

Baptism of son James, middle name GERRARD, and father also GERRARD:
England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975

My gut feeling is that baptism of Gerrard Holtham son of Mercy Holtham in my previous post, is in fact 'Jarrett''s baptism.
More detail on baptism of the son James Gerrard/Jarrett Holtham.

I can find the record on Ancestry by looking for Amelia Esper, but Jarrett's name must be so badly mistranscribed that I haven't found it yet on Ancestry.
The address (I think) is Silver Street, but it's not an institution record as implied above - just lots of households all in Silver Street.

FMP has the same 1841 Census as the one from FamilySearch posted above by AG ..............
transcript for Jarrett .......
First name(s) Jarrett Last name Holtham Sex Male Age 37 Birth year 1804 Birth county - Birth place (other) - House name - House number - Street Silver Street Parish or township St James Town - City or borough Westminster Registration district St James Westminster County London, Middlesex Country England
Looking at the image, Jarrett could possibly be read as Jassett???? Possible reason for not appearing on Ancestry???
It does not give Jarrett's occupation.

On the transcript for Jarrett's marriage in 1844, it looks as though Elizabeth might also have been a widow ......... at least her father is named with a different surname
England Marriages 1538-1973
First name(s) Jarrett Last name Holtham Name note - Marriage year 1844 Marriage date 26 Dec 1844 Marriage place Lambeth Father's first name(s) Jarrett Father's last name Holtham Spouse's first name(s) Elizabeth Spouse's last name Beazley Spouse's father's first name(s) Edward Spouse's father's last name Hellger <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< County Surrey Country England Record set England Marriages 1538-1973

Name: Elizabeth Beazley Gender: Female Record Type: Banns (Bann) Marriage Banns Date: 1 Dec 1844 Marriage Banns Place: St Mary, Lambeth, Lambeth, England Spouse: Jarratt Holtham Register Type: Parish Register
The image says Widower for Jarrett, and Widow for Elizabeth both of this Parish
Their Marriage ............
Name: Elizabeth Beazley [Elizabeth Hellyer] Gender: Female Record Type: Marriage Marriage Date: 26 Dec 1844 Marriage Place: St Mary, Lambeth, Lambeth, England Father: Edward Hellyer Spouse: Jarrett Holtham Register Type: Parish Register
Someone has added the alternate name for Elizabeth
The image shows that both fathers were deceased. I am not certain whether Edward Hellyer's occupation was Tailor or Sailor!!
Witnesses signatures are similarly hard to decipher ................ (xxxxxx) Howarth and Mary Anne (?) E (xxxxary)?

For the 1841 census, on Ancestry, I've tried Jassett, Jannett, Ja*t, and variations of Holtham, Hotham, Holtam, Holtom, Ho*m - all without success.
Perhaps Ancestry has missed him out by mistake.

The transcript of Feckenham baptisms I posted earlier have the following, which could be the baptism of the Richard Holthom who married Mercy Marshall in 1765, who may have been the grandparents of Gerrard Holtham/Jarret Hotham.
Howton Ricd parents Richd & Sarah 26/01/1733
or, and possibly more likely:
Holtham Richd parent Joseph 01/10/1739
By this stage it's getting highly speculative.
A Joseph and Sarah Holtam have a daur Mary baptised at Feckenham 22/02/1735
A Joseph and Sarah Houltham have a son Willm Houltham baptised at Feckenham 13/08/1733.
A Jos Holtham married a Sarah Griffen at Alvechurch, about 10 miles from Feckenham, in 1732.
England Marriages, 1538–1973
Name: Jos Holtham Spouse's Name: Sara Griffen Event Date: 03 Oct 1732 Event Place Alvechurch,Worcester,England
Lastly, a Joseph Holtham was baptised in Hanbury , approx 3 miles from Feckenham, in 1708.
England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975
Name: Joseph Holtham<<<<<<<<< Gender: Male Christening Date: Feb 1708 Christening Date (Original): Feb 1708 Christening Place: Hanbury Father's Name: Rich. Holtham<<<<<<<<<<<<
