1901 Scottish census - Cody family

Good afternoon, I wonder if someone would be kind enough to look up and give details of the above. There is Michael Cody 52, F B Cody 36 and I believe seven Cody children. The Registration district is Cambeltown, Argyllshire. |

I'm a little puzzled, not unusually for me. I have the Cody family in the 1891 English census with Michael married to Ellen Elizabeth Cody, née Laister (I have the marriage record - not the certificate). I appreciate that names sometimes get mistranscribed and E E could possibly be seen as F B for Michael's wife in the 1901 census, but the ages of Michael and his wife are somewhat different from the 1891 census. Do you think that Ellen Elizabeth and F B might be two different people? I couldn't find a death for Ellen, however. |
