I don’t know if G has his parents MC. If he does, I’d imagine his father’s status was widowed. That would tie in with his belief that Florence had died. |

I think I would be inclined to invest in the 1931 death certificate just to rule it out. It is possible that Florence took on another name at baptism or just liked a particular name. |
