Find Ancestors

I am trying to find the marriage of William. I've been told he married Clarise Beeley and later married Jennie Constance Williams. I can't find these marriages.

I have all the information on William's family up until 1911 census, just trying to find the marriage. He was born 1885 in Birmingham.

Oops, sorry, it was the 1901 census I last saw him, not 1911. He was living with his parents John and Grace, and siblings, in Birmingham. I've looked on findmypast and freebmd but can't find him. I've even tried the names of the women he's supposed to have married but can't find them either.
