Queenie's hubby in 1891 - one would imagine she wasn't too far away, as they would have needed time to get to know each other

If I was you I would buy a copy of the marriage certificate of Queeny.
It should give you her address at the time of marriage, which may help find her on 1891 census (after all it wasn't too far off) Her occupation and if she was spinster, or widowed. Her father's name and occupation, if known It may also give witnesses names that may be relatives.

Her birth doesn't seem to reg as Queeny
Wonder if she is the same person who gave birth and used different names
Seems a coincidence to marry around the same time the child was born

Yep, that is Queeny after her marriage. She seems to have come out of nowhere as does Sarah Ann. I was hoping that if I found Queeny I would find her probable sister Sarah Ann

This is what I know
Winifred Alice Gwynn was born 26/3/1892 in the Theydon Garnon (Essex) workhouse. Her mother was "Sarah Annie Gwynn factory worker of Harlow Essex". No father named.
The birth was registered by the Workhouse Master.
It appears that Queeny Florence Qwynn (b 1878) "adopted" Winifred. Queeny married Fedele Mayo, an Italian, in 1892
Queeny said she was born in Cardiff in one census and Worcester in another.
My problem is I cannot identify Queeny before her marriage nor Sarah Annie. I have no birth date for Sarah. Its reasonable to assume Queeny and Sarah Ann are probably sisters, but far from certain.
