One of those newspaper articles gives Henry Michael's Father as Henry William deceased who for many years had been Manager of Penarth and Cardiff Docks branches of London and Provincial Banks
Here's the family in 1871. Father Henry is a Bankers Clerk from Exeter

Annie B COOKE was my relation, and i do think he was married before now reading back on some stuff.
Kath in 1911 it says he was a bank manager, and Annie's brother sent his medals to Henry and it was sent to Barclays Bank !!!
So same one I'm thinking .....

Quite a few of my ancestors had age differences of up to 20 years between husband and wife even for first marriages. My parents had 10 years between them and my grandparents 19 years, both first marriages.
