Unless he died before 1991 he will not show on the register, unless death has been confirmed. I can't see him on there

Rita 1935 was the sister of Frederick. Other siblings were Elizabeth 1936, Jennie 1939 and Valerie 1943.

Frederick is still living. His wife was possibly Jane nee Rushton but not sure if she is still living.

As there doesn't seem to be an obvious Wilding / Wilson marriage before the birth it probably comes down to buying the birth cert.

Pattie, I'm assuming as your previous search has been for the Woan surname that there is a connection with the Elizabeth Wilson married name Woan on the 1939 register??

i can see from your tree where the connection is, that is the right family in 1939, Elizabeth Wilson, married Sumner, then Woan. The K Woan you have in your tree.

You'll really need the 1939 registter to try and confirm this - even then it's a bit problematic as there are no kids born before 1917.

Betty (Elizabeth) was originally married to .Daniel Roy Sumner but when he died she married Keith Woan.
As I thought Frederick was the first born I didn't look much further back for the marriage of his parents.

Betty (Elizabeth) was my sister in law who died in 1996
