Not seeing a marriage - am just wondering as Jessie was born in India, whether there was a marriage out there, before a return home to Scotland for George - or even if there was a marriage.

I am not too familiar with Scotish records but, on Aloysius's birth certificate where it gives the parents names, under their names it reads........

3rd March 1862 Portobello.

Does that not indicate when and where they married?

I am not seeing a marriage though.
