I'd agree with greyghost and say that the birth of Annie Stoner in Brighton wopuld be the most likely for Nancy.
Nancy is a well known nickname for someone called Ann or Annie.

My gt aunt was Annie Ethel, always known as Nance. This one should probably have been 3 by the time the 1911 census was taken, but maybe not by much? Perhaps the grandparents gave the ages...

In 1911 at 49 Regent Street Brighton Sussex are George Hudson Head 1853 58 Male Married Elizabeth Hudson Wife 1864 47 Female Married ... Frank Stoner Son-in-law 1871 40 Male Married Billiard Marker Brighton, Sussex May Stoner Daughter 1885 Female Married 8 2 2 0 Waitress Fulham, London, England Charles Stoner Grandson 1905 6 Male school Brighton, Sussex Nancy Stoner Granddaughter 1909 2 Female school Brighton, Sussex
It says Frank and May have been married 8 years, with two children. In fact the marriage was in 4Q1908, Frank Stoner to May Linda V Hudson Brighton, and May's birth 1Q1885 Hudson May Linda V Fulham 1a 302
Charles is presumably (although he'd be 8 in the census not 6) Births Dec 1902 (>99%) Hudson Charles Henry Steyning 2b 259 but so far I haven't identified Nancy, or what became of her.
1911 has her aged 2 and at school which looks a little odd. Might she be Annie Elizabeth HUDSON, 4Q1904 Brighton who is not obvious in 1911?
Suggestions welcomed.
When Charles Henry marries in 1930 he is a widower and his father is shown as Frank Stoner, billiard maker, matching the 1911 census. I think the census should have Frank's age at 45 as I have eliminated the alternative Franks. My version of the family is listed at http://www.stoner.org.uk/stoner2008/Fg2h.html#BNF104
