I was just looking through the criminal records- how terrible is this- Thomas Nolan only got 5 years (for Carnal Knowledge of Girl under 13), and served just under 4 years. |

Malyon was surmising about the possibility that it could be Lottie Bloomer under another name but I am putting forward that even if it was there was another Bloomer family who moved away from Milton St between 1888 and 1891 census. |

Milton St were a Lottie Bloomer is in 1891 is in the Palfrey area of Walsall going towards Wednesbury. Well away from Wolverhampton St so I decided to investigate. |

I'm wondering if this is Samuel in 1901- in 1891 he was living with an Allen family. I'm still looking, but I know there's plenty that are quicker! |

The actual documents above aren't available on-line. I do know that Birmingham Central Library has the settlement records. They also have Middlemore admission records which often give the cirmcumstances of the child and detail any family they have. |
