Find Ancestors

Hi,everyone.Looking for help.again.James was b.c,1866 apparently in India,and I would love to find out who his parents were. Maybe in the armed forces?James was a school teacher in his later life and I think,married a Annie Butchard/Buchard When? I don't know. They appear to be in the 1891 Census(as Dunn) living in Swanston St.,Barony,Lanarkshire Not certain?. All help will be greatly appreciated.

I see from the 1911 census he is James Aloysius Dunne....Wife appears as Annie

According to a tree on Ancestry.......Annie was actually Mary Ann Butchart.

Another tree on Ancestry says her name was Annie Butchart. It says he was born 16 Jan. 1864, Bengal, India but doesn't give parents' names.

Thanks to all researchers for these replies.Really appreciated.Still a mystery about birth in India?and to when they married .Will have to look further.

Terry ...Found ref.to James in another article (relative to someone else not related) James was appointed Headmaster at St Cuthbert's when it opened in 1914.
