Looks like Kenneth and Maggie A were in England in 1911:
Census says they had been married for 28 years, and had 8 children, all still living.
Image also says LANCS, Bolton, for Kenneth's birthplace.

Slight tangent:
Pre-marriage Alfred Gordon Mckenzie, Frank's brother, was in the military in WWI:
British Army Service Records 1914-1920 First name(s) Alfred Gordon Last name Mckenzie Service number 22/806 Regiment Army Service Corps Unit / Battalion - Event year 1916 Age 37 Birth year 1879 Birth town Aberdeen Birth county Aberdeenshire Birth country Scotland Residence town - Residence county Surrey Series WO 364 Record set British Army Service Records 1914-1920
His occupation was down as steam fitter, crossd, out, also engine fitter, also loco fitter.
he seems to have ended up in the Railway Operating Troops Depot. He is listed as unmarried, and his NOK as a sister, Mrs H Kent, 55, Cabal Road, Battersea.
Was Mrs H Kent sister Helen Mckenzie from the 1891 and 1901 census already posted?
Another record on FMP for the same man:

??? They married quite late on in life. Wonder if a mistake has been made with Ann's year of birth? It may not be them of course.

Wondering if this is the Mckenzie-Gordon couple from the Keith, Banffshire marriage rootgather posted:

Frank's birth certificate gave the date and place of his parents' marriage. If you look that marriage up on Scotlandspeople you will get the names of Kenneth's parents including his mother's maiden surname. You will then be able to look for a marriage for them (hopefully his Mum won't have too common a surname).

Family search has a baptism for an Ann Kennedy, which might tally fairly well with married Ann Smith born c1838 Nigg Kincardineshire (see census 1871/1881)

This looks like the family for the Margaret Ann whose baptism I posted, but not sure if she is the correct Margaret Ann, as the name is so common:
1861 England, Wales & Scotland Census
East Brachmont, Duriss, Kincardineshire, Scotland
George Smith Head Married Male 35 1826 Farmer Of 99 Acres Kincardineshire, Scotland Ann Smith Wife Married Female 23 1838 Farmers Wife Kincardineshire, Scotland Margt A Smith Daughter - Female 3 1858 - Nigg, Kincardineshire, Scotland <<<<< Elizabeth Malcolm Servant Unmarried Female 23 1838 Domestic Servant Kincardineshire, Scotland John Reid Servant Unmarried Male 25 1836 Ploughman Aberdeenshire, Scotland Thomas Rae Servant Unmarried Male 15 1846 Cattleman Fetteresso, Kincardineshire, Scotland George Watson Boarder Unmarried Male 25 1836 Labourer F S Stonehaven, Kincardineshire, Scotland
This looks like the right Margaret Ann in census 1871 in Aberdeen:
1871 England, Wales & Scotland Census 19, York Street, St Nicholas, Aberdeenshire, Scotland George Smith Head Married Male 46 1825 Masons Labourer Kincardineshire, Scotland Ann Smith Wife Married Female 32 1839 - Nigg, Kincardineshire, Scotland<<<< Margaret A Smith Daughter - Female 12 1859 Scholar Kincardineshire, Scotland <<<< Alexander Kennedy Boarder Unmarried Male 34 1837 Mason Nigg, Kincardineshire, Scotland Robert Sutherland Boarder Unmarried Male 24 1847 Cooper Kildonan, Sutherland, Scotland George C Ettershank Boarder Unmarried Male 39 1832 Clerk In Revenue Office Kincardine O'Neil, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
The names and ages of the parents George and Ann Smith tally in both censuses, so did the farmer become a stone mason's labourer?

Given Kenneth and Margaret Ann married in 1882, there is a son called Alfred born c1879 in the census 1891 that I posted, so born before the marriage.
The child Alfred, in census 1881?
1881 England, Wales & Scotland Census
121, West North Street, St Nicholas Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland Ann Smith Head Widow Female 43 1838 Small Stationer Nigg, Kincardineshire, Scotland Margaret Ann Smith Daughter Unmarried Female 22 1859 Machinist Kincardineshire, Scotland Alfred G McKenzie Grandson - Male 3 1878 - St Nicholas, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
However the grandmother of this Alfred McKenzie is an Ann SMITH, which is the maiden name of Margaret Ann, as given on the birth of her son Frank Shand McKenzie, and indeed, Margaret Ann isalso listed here under her maiden name of Smith.
EDIT: Ancestry's transcription gives Durris as the birthplace for Margaret Ann.
I wondered about this birth on famly search for Margaret Ann:
Name: Margaret Anne Smith<<<<<<<<<< Gender: Female Birth Date: 11 Feb 1858 Birthplace: DURRIS,KINCARDINE,SCOTLAND<<<<< Father's Name: George Smith Mother's Name: Anne Kennedy<<<<<<<<< Indexing Project (Batch) Number: C11256-1 , System Origin: Scotland-ODM , GS Film number: 6035516
Smith is a very common name though.
