Eva and Bill Bennett moved back to Chorley Lancashire where Bill was from. Eva died there, and I'm pretty sure Bill moved back to Cornwall/Devon ( Lifton) so until his death.

Charles father was Richard napton, skilled labourer in the dockyard plymouth. On the marriage certificate it states bit has 1901 and he married 3/6/1949 at 48 years, though prior to that he was with ivy may Pencavel, who he married in 1925, I think she died in 1930

He was a cabman previously, date of birth 2nd May 1901. This has been amended to 2nd May 1903 so looks like he was not too truthful about his age.

You have the marriage certificate for Charles. What was his father's name and occupation?

That is very strange, they were in plymouth, charles was born in 1901 he was in the navy during to 1920's leaving in 1937

Can't see the Naptons in 1911 at all.

I have also found what I believe is the brother of charles napton, Richard napton born 1910, their May be further descendants on that branch of the family

I think you may well be right, and worth exploring

I for what it's worth, I think that it is more likely that Patrick's father surname is maybe Gordon.
