Just in case you don't know - a Birth Cert for a twin will show the actual time of Birth, whereas that for a single child won't. So if you do send of for any Certs the time will confirm that the baby was indeed a twin. It's added because the elder of the twins may be the one who inherits.

As it happens, I have Robert Sidney Cole's birth certificate I got some time ago. At the time i didn't think it was the right Robert BUT it says father was Henry Firman C Cole Fruiter's assistant and mother Alice Cole.

I just need one of the other birth certs i am waiting for to match this info and I am up and running again.

I have just spoken to my friend and he says his father died 1965 in Wimbledon

He also assures me that -
the twins were Sydney and William and he thinks they were born after 1911
a sibling by the name of Robert was the next born after his father George Henry

His father never talked about his family apparently hence the lack of info.

Yvonne their father was Arthur, a bricklayer from Kent.
