I am looking for James Currie born 1872-1873 in Liverpool. He was married in 1898 to Rebecca Molland with whom he had 7 children. I can find no trace of them in the 1901 census but he appears as a hospital patient in Birkenhead in the 1911 census. His wife and her children are in Birkenhead in 1911 . The childrens' names are recorded as Charles Philip, Mary Elizabeth, Rebecca Marjorie and John William James. His last child Hannah was born in 1916 two years before he died in Birkenhead in 1918. I have been able to trace Rebecca Currie[nee Molland] back to the 1600's but can't trace her husband James Currie at all except for the info. given here. Also in one members tree Rebecca Molland has 3 citations that I do not understand namely LDS Sealing child, LDS Baptism and LDS Endowment. Can anyone enlighten me please and any help with tracing James Currie's parentage would be much appreciated. Many thanks. |

Thanks Beverly but I don't think these are my Currie's as there is no James Currie among the children. Regards Wendy |
