You said Vincent and Mary Bellars were MIllicent's parents, but her father's name is given as John Young on the 1856 marriage to Roger Crisp, and she was 'Young' when she married Wlliam Grounds on 1st July 1834, so was it just Mary who was her parent ?

Not that this helps find when Roger died...

not an engineer now but a commercial traveller.

Can you give details of the 1871 census for his wife as I can't find her on Findmypast.

Roger Crisp b. 1834 Peterborough Northants... son of Wm.
married Melicent/Millicent Hollingsworth 1856 Pancras London
She dies in 1873 and probate says husband
is Roger Crisp .. She was born 1814 Elton Northants
He was an engineer at time of marriage.
On 1871 census he is not found but wife could be a widow
hard to read on the census..
Cannot find his death in England.
There are some Roger Crisp's found in directories on Ancestry.
Just trying to find his death.
