Well, I am convinced that the death in 1858 must be the correct one - everything else fits but the age!

He should be about 51 or 52 - perhaps the age should be 52 and has been mistranscribed as 32 ??

Perhaps you could contact the Cemetery for help?

Eliza does say born in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire on the 1861 and 1881 censuses

so this is their marriage registration?

It shows she had a middle name "Oten" ..... I wonder if that is significant????

Harriet Bulivant married James Wilcock in 1856. I don't have a copy of certificate. There daughter Alice is my ancestry line on her birth certificate it is Harriet Wilcock formally bulivant. On the 1871 census Eliza is with them at there home...

Is it through Harriet or Emma?


If so, do you have a marriage certificate that shows the father's name?

There is one Public Family Tree with the family on ancestry


They have the family in 1851, and only Francis in 1841 that I found

I'm still searching!!!


I'm wondering whether Emma and Harriet are Eliza's children, and whether Francis and Eliza married after 1841???????
