Extract from another document but again over to you to prove
What is remarkable about this family is that so few went on to form families of their own, continuing what appears to have been a common feature in Bisley. Only Stephen (20) who married Sarah Cook on Dec 13, 1769 with no apparent successors and Isaac who moved to Minchinhampton to marry an unknown around 1774 and produce one son Isaac christened in March 1775 were the exceptions.

Ok another document found on Ancestry re Isaac son of Isaac. Father: Father of Isaac is identified as also Isaac on record of 1838 marriage to Mary Sisson in Kendal, Westmorland. Census Records: 1841 Census: In Kendal with Mary and daughter Priscilla. Occupation: groom. Birthplace: not in Westmorland. Birth about 1810 (but 1841 census only gives adult ages in 5 year increments, so is not accurate). 1851 Census: In Bolton, at 10 Folds Road, with Mary and 6 children, as well as Mary's sister Agnes (Sisson) Bowman. Name incorrectly transcribed as "Ham Neblett". Occupation: coachman. Age 41, so birth about 1809 (unless age of 41 should be 47, thus giving 1803, but 41 seems clear). Birthplace is fairly illegible and is transcribed as Shoad Water, but Stroud Water, Gloucestershire, seems a better transcription. Stroud Water is presumably Stroud, Gloucestershire, or its environs. 1861 Census: Mary and 6 children (last name incorrectly listed as "Nibbett") are in Bolton, at 2 Bread St, but Mary is a widow, so Isaac dies before 1861. Death: Youngest child Mary is born mid-1854, but Isaac is dead by the 1861 census, so Isaac dies between Sep 1853 and May 1861. Place of death is probably Bolton, but as he is a coachman, death may be elsewhere. There is a death record for an Isaac Niblett in 1856 in Bolton. Age 52, so birth 1803/4, which seems to match very well. Name: Isaac is not one of the more common names, and is more often associated with non-conformist families. Partial Conclusion: So, it would seem fairly clear that Isaac Niblett is born roughly between 1803 and 1810, certainly in Gloucestershire and probably in the vicinity of Stroud, with father definitely also named Isaac Niblett. Isaac definitely dies between late 1853 and early 1861, and probably in 1856. May be a little more likely to be from a non-conformist family. Problems: Problematic alternate 1851 Census entry: A second Isaac Niblett is found in Bolton, at 9 Nelson Square, a patient in a infirmary. Occupation: Invalid. Born 1803/4 in Rodborough, Gloucestershire (Rodborough is contiguous with Stroud). The 1856 death record could easily be for this second Isaac, who is a patient in 1851. Unfortunately, no other previous or later census records can be found in Lancashire for any second Isaac Niblett. Nor can a second death record for a second Isaac Niblett of anything like the correct age can be found in Lancashire (there are some later Isaac Niblett's who are descendants, but they are much too young at death). If this really is a second Isaac, then the death record might not apply and the birth date might be closer to the 1809 on the census records than the 1803 of the death record. However, Isaac Niblett is really not a common name at all - there are only a couple anywhere in England at this time - and there are even fewer who are born near Stroud and end up in Bolton. It is actually a little difficult to believe there are two such people. One possibility is that there really is only one such Isaac Niblett and these entries are for the same person. The infirmary at 9 Nelson Square is barely 700 metres from the 1851 residence at 10 Folds Road. Although the census is supposed to record who was in the house on the designated census night, it is possible that Mary misunderstood the census instructions and listed Isaac as resident at home even though he was actually in hospital on that night. That is, if his stay in hospital is temporary, she listed him as at his permanent residence at home, rather than at his temporary residence at an infirmary. If the infirmary correctly lists all those present on census night, then there would be two records created. If this is correct, then Isaac Niblett's is birthplace is most likely specifically Rodborough, Gloucestershire, with a birth year more likely around 1803/4 than 1809, as per the second 1851 census record and the death record. If not correct, then the previous broader ranges apply. Possibilities: The records of course might be incomplete, but there are only two Isaac Nibletts born anywhere in England between 1793 and 1815 to be found in census, birth or other records: one born in 1806 in Sussex (which does not match the birthplace) and one in 1800 in Gloucestershire (which does). This Isaac is born 25 Aug 1800 and baptized 23 Sep 1800 at the Calvinist Methodist church in Rodborough, Gloucestershire, with parents Isaac Niblett and Mary Franklin. Other than the discrepancy in age of 1803 (or maybe even 1809) vs 1800, this seems like a perfect match. The Mike Niblett Worldwide Niblett Families site, with an extensive list of Nibletts in this part of Gloucester idependently identifies this Isaac b1800 as moving to Westmorland/Cumbria then Lancashire. Although there is some discrepancy in the various birth years, this seems the best identification. All of the earlier ancestry of Isaac Niblett depends on this identification, so given the birthdate discrepancy, this is not certain, but seems the best.

There is a document an Ancestry about the Nibletts. You will have to prove it yourself but it is a guideline. I will try to send a copy of the whole thing to you
Extract
Isaac from Bisley married Mary Franklin at Minchinhampton on Sep 8, 1798 and, although they christened a large family either there or in Rodborough, it seems they typified many in that period by only staying for a short time before moving on. The family comprised Isaac (R5) christened Sep 23, 1800, Priscilla christened Aug 25, 1805, Thomas (R6) born Jul 1813, Ann born May 1, 1819, Elizabeth christened May 8, 1828, and Sarah christened Apr 19, 1835. The last two seem incredible as Mary must have been in her mid 50’s when Sarah was born so that does seem unlikely. Isaac (R5) also married a Mary and it is more likely that both Elizabeth and Sarah and even Ann were their children born at Minchinhampton before the family moved to Cumbria. What prompted the move to Cumbria is unknown but a further three children were born at Kendal Thomas christened Nov, 10, 1841, Margaret christened Sep 17, 1843 and Agnes born 1845 while a further child James was born at Bolton in Lancashire in 1850. Thomas (R6) moved to Standish.
