So I'm assuming from your post that Rose is Graham's grandmother? If so the 1911 census gives 4 living children and states another child had died.

Rosie 6, Elsie 5, Minnie 3 and Lillie 1 all born Wimbledon.

Can you tell us the ones that are yours,births before 1912 do not contain Mothers Maiden names.

You need to find the marriages of these people then what children they had in order to get to those who will still be living :-)

Just to confirm it's the right perso, she gave an address of Fairoak cottage, Chessinton when she married. That is where her widowed father and her sister Caroline were living according to the 1901 census ... so I think you got the right marriage Susan ;-)

Susan, if you check that marriage again his name has been mistranscribed as well - I think it should be Charles Henry Dobson. His signature is clearly not Olson.

Added: Confirmed by 1911 census living at 75 Hardy Road, Wimbledon - but unless Graham confirms this is the right marriage no point in going further with her.

Yes he Pm'd me last night to say it was not his but I think it is ,just poking around again today,it is the only marriage out there for a Rose Ayers That I can see :-(
