Wow. Where did you find that Dea? I've only seen one without Charles jnr and Thomas on it in the 1911 census. |

If the record Ricochet posted is the correct one then it shows that Charles was in the Bantam Battalion 4th (or 14th) Worcestershire Regt. so that must be where Thomas was too ? |

Shae - can you post the 1911 where you had found the father and his new wife without Charles and Thomas because if that one is right then mine and the army record can't be??? |

Des, I've just been looking for that one and can't locate it. I'd say I must have the wrong one. The info you've found is too exact. I'll keep looking through my saved records. Hopefully I kept it. Brilliant about my grandad and the bantams! Thankyou so much. X |

I believe the 'married 18 years' is probably a mistake on Charles's part Ricochet - 'He' probably completed the form and 'he' had been married for 18 years - you will see the first marriage to 'Johanna' Barrett in 1894 which I posted on page 1. |
