As Mavis say's Georgina Lilian may not have been the name she was registered under, There was and is no law to stop anyone using what ever name they choose so long as the alias is not used for fraudulent purposes |

I have looked at all Page arrivals from India 1895-1899 in the Ancestry records - most do not have first names listed, just initials and that is only for the men and some of the single women. There is a page that lists births and deaths on the voyage but I haven't found anything - maybe someone else could also check? |
