Hi everyone hoping someone can point me in the right direction... my husbands great grandfather was called Arthur A O Richardson... he was a author and wrote quite a few books published like 'power of advertising', Forging ahead, and Britians awakening. One website i looked the book up on said 1875 birth and death 1956 but this was a estimate. I also found he was honored in the Kings Honours - source from London gazette supplement 28th December 1949/ 1st January 1951 for food parcels he organised from Australia in the 2nd world war. The family are not sure if he was born in England or Australia ... as he traveled quite a bit on the research on passenger lists we found from both destinations. |

He was obviously widely travelled as there are a number of passenger lists for him. With the exception of one, they give his birthplace as England (usually quoting Northants) |

wonder if he remarried then... after he had the two boys? I know from speaking to Chris grandmother who remembers meeting him in London with her husband Colin Richardson that she only ever met him between him commuting back and forth between australia after the war. |

Although this is a Canadian record it reads as though they're in transit to England. |
